Loan officer/Mortgage Consultant/Banker Position – Earn 100K + First Year

As a Mortgage Consultant / Banker, you will become the sole contact for our clients financial and mortgage needs. It will be our team’s responsibility to help the client obtain the needed solution to fit their goals.

  • Originate and qualify incoming clients for their mortgage solution
  • Explain and gather the client documentation required for loan approval
  • Review client documentation; ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, present for approval
  • Maintain regular contact with the customer to inform the customer of loan status.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will possess some sales experience. A strong desire to succeed in a commission driven sales environment and excellent communication skills are required. A college degree is preferred but not required. MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED!
